There are so many ways to keep fit and at FPT Gyms we have created the perfect environment to feel comfortable while you transform yourself. For those who just want to get started we recommend starting with just a gym membership, the most popular is the 6 month upfront option. For those who are not yet comfortable in a gym environment and are wanting to learn the basics and build a solid foundation we recommend 45 minute personal training sessions. Lastly, for those who just love a good laugh while training hard there is always group fitness available. No matter what your goals are we have what you need to start your journey.
