A group boxing session to burn calories, release tension and drip with sweat.
No boxing knowledge is required.
*glove inserts will need to be purchased prior to first session or bring your own inserts/wraps

A high intensity group class to really get the heart rate up, using the whole body with 3 different circuits each session. 
All fitness levels are welcome as each element can easily be altered to suit the individual.

A fun filled class for children under 12 helping to develop coordination, motor skills and team building.
Parents are more than welcome to use the gym equipment or just spectator.

This quick 30 minute session will blast the midsection, isolating the abdominal muscles and working on your core as one, getting the abs and lower back working together.

A combination of both, machines, free-weights and bodyweight exercises this workout will get the legs pumping, improving strength and endurance.

A weight-based workout using primarily machines and free-weights this session will build and alter you from the waist up, improving strength and appearance.
